Alpine is located in Tennessee, just off HWY 52, between Jamestown and Livingston. 15 miles in either direction. Click HERE for directions to the Cabins at East Port. You can also contact us if you need further assistance. We are located on the East Fork and West Fork of the Obey River.

Your deposit is expected at the time you book your reservation. You can pay your deposit online when completing your booking reservation, or you can call our office at (931) 644-6323 with your booking information and pay deposit with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX. Cancellations on reservations must be made 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the reservation amount or $25 cancellation fee, whichever is more. Vacation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date will not be refunded. We understand that issues do come up, but as a small business we cannot afford to have last minute cancellations. Any deposits used to reschedule for future reservations because of a cancellation can only be used for cabins of the same size and price.

All deposits are credited toward your reservation, and is our guarantee that you will be our guest. You will be asked to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form during the reservation process to ensures that you are careful and not damage the cabins or property.

We love dogs too, and of course your dog is welcome, but only in SELECT cabins. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG WITHOUT CONFIRMING DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN YOUR CABIN. We do require a pet fee of $75.00 which is nonrefundable. This is to cover additional cleaning costs not damages from your dog. We ask that if you bring your dog that it is crated when left alone in the cabin.  We also ask that you not allow the dog(s) on any furniture or beds in the cabin. Please be respectful of the property by picking up all poop.

No, we charge a daily or weekly rate on cabins, and nothing extra for more guests.

Depending on the season you can catch Walleye, Small Mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Crappie, Catfish, Stripe Bass, Kentucky Bass, Bluegill, and Carp. You can purchase your fishing license at the marina, and they also sell bait. You can reach out to East Port Marina (931) 879-7511 to find out more about Dale Hollow Lake fishing. If you are a serious fisherman, or want to bring the kids down for some memories, come down in the spring or fall, as the Walleye spawn down the East Fork in the Spring, as well as the crappie and bass.

Yes, however, you can save time if you buy your license online before you come….. or buy it on your smartphone using the TWRA app. You can store it on your phone for safe keeping. Here is the website for purchase online: TWRA.

Beer is sold seven days a week at the marina, except when the marina is closed for the winter months.

The West Fork General Store is located approx 7.8 miles (15 min drive) from the marina area. They have a variety of items that may help you from basic food items to supplies. Click on the link above for more information.

In addition, you can drive a little further to Livingston, TN or Jamestown, TN for last minute needs.

The total tax rate is 11.75%.

The breakdown is:

7% State Sales Tax,

2.75% County Sales Tax

2.5% County Lodging Tax

Check the direction page for stops along your way to pick up groceries. If you will be driving through Cookeville, TN there is a Sam’s Club and Publix grocery store. You can also stop in Celina, Byrdstown, or Livingston, depending on your route. These towns offer small grocery stores, and drug stores. If you are driving through Jamestown, TN or Algood, TN you will have a Wal-Mart available to shop for your needs.

The marina does offer ice, a very few snacks, drinks, and a small selection of beer.

No daily maid service is provided. Your cabin is serviced and cleaned prior to your arrival, and all of your sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows are provided. Your dish sponges, dish washer liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags and receptacles, are provided. You need to provide your towels for bathing (unless you rented bath towel sets during your booking process). Some cabins offer washer and dryer, but you need to provide your own laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Reminder: We DO NOT provide any towels for bathing unless you rent bath towel sets during your booking process.

No, our cabins do not offer landline telephone service, Your cell phone is welcome, but signals may be interrupted in lower areas. There is a 911 phone at the marina for after hours. The marina and ALL cabins have WiFi service.

All cabins offer WiFi and high speed internet service. You will be able to log into WiFi and connect using your own streaming accounts through SMART TV’s. Watch whatever you watch like you’re at home.

The only thing floatin’ here is the marina, restaurant, gas pumps and the boats.

You can park your car and trailer at most of the cabins. We offer a trailer parking area which is located behind the boat repair shop. If you are houseboating, you can park your car and trailer in the upper parking lot. There is no charge for parking.

No, East Port Marina is one of the last marinas to not charge for launching a boat.

East Port Marina can rent you a tube, skis, or a knee board! East Port Marina only charges a small fee so we can replace our gear every year.  Fees and availability subject to change so call East Port Marina (931) 879-7511 to inquire.
