Thank you for choosing The Cabins at East Port Marina on beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. We are so excited that you are trusting us with your vacation time, and we strive to make your visit enjoyable. If there is anything, we can do to make your visit more enjoyable, just ask!

Below you will find some helpful information. Please make sure that everyone in your party is aware of these Terms and Conditions along with the items they need to bring. This is by no means a complete list, as each property has different items available, but will cover many FAQ’s. If you have specific questions, feel free to call us for more detailed information. All rental properties offered by The Cabins at East Port Marina are SMOKE-FREE. Do not smoke in any of the rentals, please.

All cabin rentals include:

Full kitchens with full sized appliances, coffee pot, plates, drink ware, silverware, pots and pans. (if there is a specific skillet you need to make Grandma’s famous fried chicken, I’d bring it) Select cabins have dishwashers and ice makers.

All cabin rentals are equipped with a gas grill. Propane will be supplied as well as grill utensils. We supply toilet paper, indoor & outdoor trash bags, and dish soap.

The Old Timer cabin is equipped with Direct TV & DVD players. The Bluff, Rock House, and Walley Point have both Direct TV and WIFI. All other cabins have WIFI/High Speed Internet w/ Smart TV’s. Refer to the amenities listing for your cabin for the most updated information. IMPORTANT FOR WIFI/SMART TV CABINS: You may want to bring all of your sign in / log in /password information for Smart TV apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.. If you’d like, you can also bring your Roku, Fires TV Stick, or other WIFI gadgets in order to watch your favorite shows. If you have service providers like Comcast, Xfinity, ATT, etc. you may want to bring your sign in / log in / password information so you can watch your favorite shows, like you would at your own home.

We do not supply:

Towels (bring bath, kitchen and lake towels) Personal items such as shampoo, bath soaps, etc.

Paper Products (napkins, paper towels, paper plates, disposable cups, etc.) Ziploc bags/storage containers, foil, cling wrap

Salt & Pepper Cleaning Products

Laundry soap/dryer sheets for cabins that are equipped with a washer/dryer

Be on your BEST behavior:

Guests agree not to behave in any unlawful or improper manner in or around his/her rented property, nor have any unreasonably loud activities that potentially could disturb the neighbors. Keep in mind that our cabins are in residential neighborhoods, so keep noise to a minimum. Please observe the 10PM quiet time.

Check-In Expectations:

Check-in for all properties is 3 PM. While we will accommodate an early check-in, if available, we cannot guarantee this. If you arrive before 3pm, please be prepared to wait. If you have refrigerator/freezer items, please plan accordingly. We cannot allow you entry into a property before it’s ready to put away your perishables. In order to deliver a smooth and easy check-in process we will have your cabin lights turned on and your cabin will be unlocked awaiting your arrival.

Check-Out Expectations:

Check-out for all properties is 10 AM. At check-out we request that guests clean all dishes, take sheets off the beds used during your stay (leave mattress pads on beds), and place on the bed, turn off all electrical items, place trash in outside receptacles, clean out refrigerator and cabinets completely, move all furniture to original position and secure hot tub cover. The need for excessive cleaning like washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, clutter and picking up trash inside or outside will incur an additional charge. Please notify us of any damage or breakage of items during your stay. Guests are liable for any damages to The Cabins at East Port Marina properties.

The “Ships” store located at the marina sells bait, drinks, ice cream, snacks and souvenirs. There is an on site

restaurant (Obey River Grill) and hours vary based on season. Call ahead for restaurant hours (931) 879-7511.

We LOVE Pets Too!

We LOVE our Bentley who is our adorable Golden Doodle! The Cabins at East Port Marina does have several pet friendly properties. Pets are only allowed in those properties marked as pet friendly. The Cabins at East Port Marina charges a $75.00, plus tax, non-refundable, pet fee. Pet friendly properties allow 2 dogs under 50 lbs., or one dog 50 lbs. or over, per cabin. Pet fees will be applied to reservation and invoice for your stay.

We require that pets left alone in cabins be kept in a crate(s). Pets are not allowed to be on any furniture or beds. If there is excessive pet hair found on furniture or bedding, soiled or stained bedding/ carpets, or floors outside normal guest use there will be an additional cleaning charge. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, so bring your Pooper Scooper. Having a pet in a non-pet friendly cabin, or not declaring a pet during the reservation/payment process will incur a loss of all payments, termination of this agreement and removal of guests without refund.

Do you plan on fishing?

The marina has a designated fish cleaning area. Please utilize this area and do not clean fish at or in your cabin.

Need directions?

The easiest way is to use Google Map and enter the address of your cabin or destination. Be careful following your GPS as the directions can be unreliable in the rural areas. Cell phone service is also unreliable, with Verizon being the best option in this area.

Additional Information:

Although we do not anticipate any issues, The Cabins at East Port Marina reserves the right to substitute properties, provide lodging or cancel reservation if for any reason beyond our control the property becomes unavailable. If canceled, a full refund of the deposit will be made. Upon refund, all contractual rights and obligations are released.

Cancellations:

While we understand that situations arise, as a small business we cannot afford last minute cancellations. Cancellations more than 60 days out will be charged 10% of the reservation total. Cancellations less than 60 days out will forfeit all monies paid. Last minute cancellations, (within 14 days of anticipated arrival) or no shows will forfeit all monies paid.

Renter assumes responsibility:

The RENTER, for and in consideration of the privilege of renting a cabin from The Cabins at East Port Marina. LLC, hereby assumes responsibility for the occupants, and the contents of said cabin. The Cabins at East Port Marina, LLC /Property Owners will not be responsible for loss, theft or destruction of personal property of guests. The Cabins at East Port Marina, LLC cannot refund monies for circumstances beyond our control.

This includes Acts of God, particularly, severe of inclement weather, failure of public utilities, satellite television, WIFI, fiber/cable, or other outside services.

The RENTER further waives and relinquishes any and all claims for damage and assumes all risks for injury or loss of any kind, character or description, against The Cabins at East Port Marina, LLC, its successors, its officers, agents or employees, arising out of injury, damages or loss either to person or property of the RENTER or any guest in said cabin.
